Velocity Dance Center may send recurring SMS text messages to parents and guardians of enrolled or prospective students who have explicitly opted in to receive such communications. Messages may include class reminders, event notifications (such as recitals and theme weeks), enrollment updates, trial class follow-ups, weather-related studio closures, and general studio announcements.

Consent: SMS consent is collected via an optional, unchecked checkbox on our online registration and contact forms, or via a signed paper enrollment form. Consent to receive SMS messages is never required as a condition of enrollment or purchase.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. You can expect to receive approximately 4 messages per month.

Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt-Out: You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent.

Help: Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us directly at [your phone number] or [your email address].

Third-Party Sharing — SMS Data: Text messaging originator opt-in data, phone numbers, and SMS consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This information is used solely by Velocity Dance Center to deliver the communications described above. Sharing of this data with subcontractors who support service delivery (such as our SMS platform provider) is permitted solely for the purpose of message delivery and not for independent marketing use.

Carriers: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
