November 16–30: When your friend joins, you’ll each get a $50 tuition credit!

Tip for Dancers: Stay Warm and Ready to Move

As the weather cools down, keeping your body warm becomes especially important for dancers. Before jumping into class, spend a few minutes stretching or doing light movement to get your muscles ready. Dress in light layers you can remove as you warm up — leg warmers, fitted jackets, and warm-up pants are all great options. Staying warm helps prevent injury and keeps you flexible and focused all class long.

Thanksgiving Break Reminder
